Alfa Kredyt Opportunity Fund

The Alfakredyt Opportunity Fund allows investors to access fixed income revenues in EUR, which are over-collateralized by a diversified short-term consumer loan portfolio.

The Fund’s investment strategy is targeting fixed income revenues in EUR. In an environment of negative interest rates private debt markets and consumer loans in particular represent an attractive asset class with the potential to generate substantial performance. A financial cooperation has been developed with the polish FINTECH platform “ALFAKREDYT sp z.o.o.” www.alfakredyt.pl which provides short-term consumer loans to private individuals across Poland. The Fund has granted a credit line to ALFAKREDYT which is over-collateralized by a loan portfolio. The credit risk diversification of the collateral is ensured by a large number of borrowers with a maximum loan size of EUR 2’000.-
