1741 Group with a new external appearance
The 1741 group is looking forward to a new appearance. In addition to the refreshing of our logos and the complete redesign of the website, the 1741 Group is now appearing for the first time as one corporate group in its external appearance.
Under the umbrella of 1741 Holding AG, the 1741 Group consists of the following operationally separated companies:
- 1741 Fund Management Ltd, Vaduz – Your partner for investment funds domiciled in Liechtenstein in accordance with the AIFM Directive and the UCITS Directive.
- 1741 Fund Solutions Ltd, St. Gallen – Your partner for investment funds domiciled in Switzerland in accordance with Swiss CISA and for the representation of foreign investment funds that are distributed in Switzerland to qualified and / or non-qualified investors.
- 1741 Distribution Services Ltd, St. Gallen – Your partner for the distribution of investment funds to professional investors in Switzerland.
Due to the joint external appearance, the integration process, which began in October 2016 with the founding of 1741 Holding AG, is now also formally completed and established.
